Vigamox (moxifloxacin)

Vigamox contains the active ingredient moxifloxacin, fluoroquinolone antibiotic.

Vigamox Indications

Local treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis caused by susceptible strains of bacteria to moxifloxacin.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the drug or other quinolones.

Dosage & Administration

For ophthalmic use.

Adults in volume among elderly patients
Bury 1 drop in the affected eye (eyes) 3 times a day.
Usually the condition is improving for 5 days, then treatment should continue for the next 2-3 days.

If within 5 days of treatment there is no improvement, you should consult your doctor for further diagnosis and / or treatment. The duration of treatment depends on the severity of the disease and the clinical and biological picture of the disease.
