Vidisic (carbomer)

Vidisic contains the active ingredient carbomer, ocular lubricant / artificial tears.

Vidisic Indications

Replacement therapy with reduced secretion of tears, treatment of the syndrome of “dry eye” treatment of symptoms of dry keratoconjunctivitis.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any component of the drug.

Dosage & Administration

Treatment of dry eye requires an individual dosage regimen. Depending on the severity and intensity of symptoms, apply one drop into the conjunctival sac 3-5 times a day or more, and about 30 minutes before bedtime.

Treatment of dry keratoconjunctivitis – the patient should consult with an ophthalmologist because this disease usually requires long-term or permanent therapy.
