Description

Composition:
active ingredients Spazmalgon: metamizole sodium, pitofenone hydrochloride, fenpiverinium bromide; 1 tablet contains metamizole sodium 500 mg, pitofenone hydrochloride 5 mg Fenpiverinium bromide 0.1 mg excipients Spazmalgon: lactose, wheat starch, talc, magnesium stearate, gelatin, sodium bicarbonate.

Indications:
Symptomatic treatment of mild and moderate pain syndrome in spasms of smooth muscles of internal organs: renal colic and inflammatory diseases of the urinary tract, accompanied by pain and dysuric disorders; spasms of the stomach and intestines, hepatic colic, biliary dyskinesia, spastic dysmenorrhea.

Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to metamizole, pyrazolone derivatives and / or any component of the drug Spazmalgon.
Gastrointestinal obstruction and megacolon.
Atony of the gallbladder or bladder.
Severe renal and liver dysfunction.
Diseases of the blood (agranulocytosis, leukopenia, anemia of any etiology, cytostatic or infectious neutropenia). Deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase.
Porphyria.
Angular glaucoma.
Suspected acute surgical pathology. Bronchial asthma.
Collaptoid states.
Tachyarrhythmia.
Hypertrophy of the prostate with a tendency to urinary retention.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Method of administration and dosage:
Spazmalgon tablets are taken orally after meals with water. The recommended daily dose for adults and children from 15 years old is 1-2 tablets per day, the maximum daily dose is 2 tablets. The duration of Spazmalgon’s use is no more than 3 days.Spazmalgon is not prescribed for children under 15 years of age.

2 years.
