Rythmocor (potassium magnesium aspartate)

Rythmocor contains the active ingredient potassium magnesium aspartate, cardiometabolic / antiarrhythmic electrolyte agent.

Rythmocor Indications

Diseases and conditions that are accompanied by hypomagnesemia and hypokalemia (in integrated circuits treatment):

– coronary heart disease;

– Abnormal heart rhythm (atrial and ventricular arrhythmia extrasystolic);

– Vehetato-vascular dystonia;

– Myocardiopathy;

– Violation of electrolyte (for correction of magnesium and potassium ions);

– Chronic fatigue syndrome.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the drug. Atrioventricular block III degree. Cardiogenic shock (systolic blood pressure in adults below 90 mm Hg. Art.). Coma of unknown etiology. Decompensated forms of diabetes. Acute and chronic renal failure II-IV degree. Addison’s disease. Hyperkalemia and hypermagnesemia.

Dosage & Administration

1-2 times a day, intravenously, by injection 5-10 ml, pre-diluted in 10 ml of isotonic sodium chloride solution or 5% glucose solution.

The medicament is also used intravenously drip: 5-20 ml of the drug is diluted in 50-400 ml of isotonic sodium chloride solution or 5% glucose solution. Usually the course of treatment is 10-14 days.
