Rythmocor (potassium gluconate + magnesium gluconate)

Rythmocor contains the active ingredient potassium gluconate + magnesium gluconate, potassium/magnesium electrolyte supplement (antiarrhythmic adjunct).

Rythmocor Indications

Diseases and conditions that are accompanied by hypomagnesemia and hypokalemia (in integrated circuits treatment):

– coronary heart disease;

– Abnormal heart rhythm (atrial and ventricular arrhythmia extrasystolic);

– Vehetato-vascular dystonia;

– Myocardiopathy;

– Violation of electrolyte (for correction of magnesium and potassium ions);

– Chronic fatigue syndrome.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the drug. Atrioventricular block III degree. Cardiogenic shock (systolic blood pressure in adults below 90 mm Hg. Art.). Coma of unknown etiology. Decompensated forms of diabetes. Acute and chronic renal failure II-IV degree. Addison’s disease. Hyperkalemia and hypermagnesemia.

Dosage & Administration

In each case, the duration and dose of application is set by doctor. Capsules take internally for 10 – 15 minutes before the meal with a single dose of a small amount of water.

Adults use 1-2 capsules 3-4 times a day. In more severe cases may use 3 capsules 3 times a day. When the therapeutic effect (usually 5-7 days) dose reduced to taking 1 capsule 3 times daily. Duration of treatment is determined individually by a doctor.

If necessary, the rapid achievement of treatment effect starting with the use of injectable drug.

Chronic fatigue syndrome, drug taking 1 capsule 3 times daily for 3-6 months.

Children aged 6 to 12 years appoint 1 capsule 3 times a day, over 12 years – as an adult.
