Riboxine Indications

Complex treatment of coronary artery disease (a condition after myocardial infarction, angina),

heart rhythm disturbance,

intoxication with drugs cardiac glycosides,

treatment of cardiomyopathies of various origins,

myocardial (against the background of heavy physical exertion, infectious and endocrine genesis), myocarditis, liver disease (hepatitis, cirrhosis, fatty liver degeneration),

prevention of leukopenia during irradiation.

To improve the visual function with open-angle glaucoma with normalized intraocular pressure.

Dosage & Adminsitration

Tablet: inside to food. The daily dose for adults and children over the age of 12 years is determined individually and is 0.6-2.4 g / day.

Usually at the beginning the drug treatments are administered in a daily dose of 0.6-0.8 g (1 tablet 3-4 times a day). If the drug was well tolerated, the dose was gradually (2-3 days) increased first to 1.2 g / day (2 tablets 3 times a day), then – 2.4 g daily (4 tablets 3 times per day).

When Riboxinum is appointed 0.8 g / day (1 tablet 4 times a day).
Duration of treatment – 1-3 months.

Contradictions

Hypersensitivity to the drug. Gout, hyperuricemia. Limitation to receive the drug – renal failure.
