PANGASTRO Indications

– Reflux esophagitis.

Adults

– Eradication of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) in patients with H. pylori-associated gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer in combination with appropriate antibiotics.

– An ulcer of the duodenum.

– Gastric ulcer

– Zollinger-Ellison syndrome and other hypersecretory pathological conditions.

Contradictions

Hypersensitivity to the active substance, benzimidazole derivatives, any component of the preparation, or substances that are part of the combination partners.

Dosage & Administration

1 flacon (40 mg pantoprazole) per day intravenously.

Peptic ulcers, complicated by gastrointestinal bleeding, in order to prevent re-bleeding – Pangastro 80 mg intravenously, then in the form of a drop infusion of 8 mg / h for 3 days.
