Nitrendipine 10-20mg 30 tablets

Composition:
active substance: nitrendipine;

1 tablet contains 10mg or 20 mg of nitrendipine;

Excipients: lactose monohydrate, corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, povidone, sodium docusate.

Indications

Treatment of essential hypertension.

Contraindications

– Hypersensitivity to the drug or another calcium antagonist

   1,4-dihydropyridine series or any auxiliary component of the drug;

– Cardiogenic shock;

– Severe degree of aortic stenosis;

– Unstable angina;

– Acute myocardial infarction, which took place during the previous 4 weeks.

Dosage & Administration

Assign an adult inside the morning after meals. Tablets should be swallowed whole without chewing, drinking plenty of water (such as glass).
It is strictly forbidden to drink grapefruit juice.
The active substance nitrendipine sensitive to light, so the tablet should be removed from the blister just before use.

Nitresan 10 mg

1 tablet of the drug Nitresan 10 mg twice a day (morning and evening), which is 20 mg  daily. With little reduction in blood pressure during treatment the doctor may increase the daily dose administered twice and receiving 2 tablets twice a day, equivalent to a daily dose of 40 mg.

Nitresan 20 mg

1 tablet of the drug Nitresan 20 mg once daily (morning), which is 20 mg nitrendipine daily. With little reduction in blood pressure during treatment the doctor may increase the daily dose twice and assign intake of 1 tablet of 20 mg twice a day, equivalent to a daily dose of 40 mg.

The maximum daily dose – 40 mg.
