Molsidomine 2mg 30 tablets

Molsidomine Composition:
active ingredient: molsidomine; 1 tablet contains molsidomine 2 mg; excipients: lactose monohydrate, mannitol (E 421), wheat starch, microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, anhydrous colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, peppermint oil, sunset yellow FCF (E 110).

 Indications

Ischemic heart disease – to prevent attacks of stable and unstable angina (especially in elderly patients and are hypersensitive to nitrates).
In the combined therapy of chronic heart failure.

Dosage & Administration

Sydnopharm used inside during or after eating, drinking plenty of fluids.
To prevent strokes assigned to the 1st and 2nd day 2.1 mg therapy (for ½-1 tablet) 4-6 times a day, and then if necessary increase dose to 4.2 mg 2-3 times day.

Dosage – individual and depends on the type, stage of disease, the severity of clinical symptoms. The daily dose is usually 2-4 mg (1-2 tablets), divided into two uniform reception. Sometimes it was increased to 6-8 mg (3-4 tablets), divided into 3-4 hours.
The maximum daily dose – 12 mg.

The duration of the therapeutic course determined by the physician depending on the disease.

Contradictions

Hypersensitivity to any component of the medication, severe hypotension, cardiogenic shock, glaucoma, especially the closure form, the acute phase of myocardial infarction, especially with a reduction in blood pressure, the I trimester of pregnancy, lactation, children’s age.
