Lasix Neo injection 10mg/ml 2ml/10 amp

Lasix Neo Composition:

active ingredient: furosemide; 1 ml of solution contains furosemide 10 mg; excipients: sodium hydroxide, sodium chloride, water for injection.

Indications:

Edema in chronic congestive heart failure (if necessary treatment with diuretics).

Edema in acute congestive heart failure.

Edema in chronic renal failure.

Acute renal failure, including in pregnant women or during labor.

Swelling of liver diseases (where appropriate, to supplement treatment with aldosterone antagonists).

Hypertensive crises (as a maintenance tool).

Support of forced diuresis.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to furosemide or other components that make up the drug.

Patients allergic to sulfonamides (such as antibiotics or sulfonylureas sulfonamidni) can be cross-sensitivity to furosemide.

Hypovolemia or dehydration.

Renal insufficiency in anuria as if there is no therapeutic response to furosemide.

Renal failure due to poisoning by nephrotoxic or hepatotoxic drugs.

Severe hyponatremia.

 Dosage & Administration:

Dosage doctor determines individually, depending on the severity of disorders of fluid and electrolyte balance, the value of glomerular filtration rate, the severity of the patient. In the course of the drug should be adjusted rates of fluid and electrolyte balance, taking into account the dynamics of diuresis and general condition of the patient.

Furosemide administered intravenously only when oral intake is inappropriate or ineffective (such as malabsorption in the intestines), or if necessary a rapid effect. In the case of intravenous therapy is recommended as a faster transition to drug therapy for oral administration.

For optimal performance and suppression of counter-regulation generally preferred continuous infusion of furosemide compared with repeated bolus injection.
