L Cet Indications

Symptomatic treatment of allergic rhinitis, including perennial allergic rhinitis; Chronic idiopathic urticaria.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to Levocetirizine other piperazine derivatives or to any other component of the drug.

Severe chronic renal failure (creatinine clearance less than 10 ml / min).

Dosage & Administration

The drug is administered to adults and children aged 6 years internally at a daily dose of 5 mg 1 time per day. Take a pill, regardless of the meal. The tablet should be swallowed whole, washed down with a little water.

Elderly patients with normal renal function – the dose adjustment is required.

Patients with impaired renal function dose calculation should be done on the basis of creatinine clearance under the table.

To use this dosing table should assess creatinine clearance (KLkr) patient in ml / min. KLkr (ml / min) should be evaluated on the content of creatinine in serum (mg / dl)
