Inosine Indications

– In the complex treatment of coronary heart disease (a condition after myocardial infarction, angina),

– heart rhythm disturbances,

– intoxication drugs cardiac glycosides,

– treatment of cardiomyopathies of various origins,

– myocarditis,

– liver disease (hepatitis , cirrhosis, fatty liver).

Contraindications

– Hypersensitivity to inosine or other components of the drug;

– Gout;

– Hyperuricemia;

– Renal failure.

Dosage & Administration

Tablets are taken internally to eat, chew and do not drink enough water. The daily dose is determined individually and is for adults 600-2400 mg (3-12 tablets). For adults in the first days of treatment dose is 600-800 mg (1 tablet 3-4 times a day). If well tolerated, the dose increase for 2-3 days to 1200 mg (2 tablets 3 times a day) to 2400 mg.

Duration of treatment – from 4 weeks to 1.5-3 months.

In urokoproporfiriyi daily dose is 800 mg (1 tablet 4 times a day), duration of treatment – 1-3 months.
