Glutargin Arginine Glutamate 0.75g 30 tablets

Composition:

active ingredient: arginine glutamate;

1 tablet contains arginine glutamate 250 mg (0.25 g) or 750mg (0.75g); excipients: dosage 250 mg – microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone, sodium croscarmellose, calcium stearate dosing 750 mg – microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone, calcium stearate.

Indications:
As part of the complex therapy of acute and chronic hepatitis of various etiologies, including in case of poisoning with hepatotropic poisons (pale toadstool, chemical and medicinal substances), with cirrhosis of the liver. Hepatic encephalopathy, accompanied by hyperammonemia. The state of acute alcohol poisoning of mild and moderate severity, hangover syndrome, post-intoxication disorders caused by alcohol intake. Complications in the III trimester of pregnancy: late preeclampsia, including its severe forms – preeclampsia and eclampsia, placental insufficiency, chronic pathologies of the digestive system in pregnant women.

Dosage and administration:
The drug is prescribed for adults inside.
Hepatitis, hyperammonemia. Assign 750 mg (3 tablets of 250 mg or 1 tablet of 750 mg) 3 times a day for 15 days, regardless of food intake. If necessary, the dose of the drug and the course of treatment can be increased up to 20 days. The highest single dose is 2 g, the highest daily dose is 8 g.

Alcohol poisoning. Assign 1 g (4 tablets of 250 mg) 4 times a day at intervals of 1-2.5 hours, in the next 2-3 days – 500 mg (2 tablets of 250 mg) 3 times a day. In case of severe alcohol poisoning, after a course of treatment with Glutargin injections, prescribe Glutargin tablets at a dose of 750 mg (3 tablets of 250 mg or 1 tablet of 750 mg) 2 times a day for 20 days. For the prevention of alcohol intoxication – 2 g 60-120 minutes before drinking alcohol.

Pathology of pregnancy (III trimester). Assign 250-500 mg (1-2 tablets of 250 mg) 2-3 times a day for 10-15 days. If necessary, a single dose can be increased to 750 mg (3 tablets of 250 mg or 1 tablet of 750 mg), the course of treatment is up to 20 days. The highest single dose is 750 mg, the maximum daily dose is 2.25 g.
