Flecainide 50-100mg 30 tablets

Composition
active substance: flecainide acetate;

1 tablet contains flecainide acetate 50 mg or 100 mg;

excipients: pregelatinized corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate.

Indication
AV nodal persistent tachycardia; arrhythmias associated with Wolff – Parkinson – White syndrome and similar disorders due to the presence of additional conduction pathways – in case of ineffectiveness of other types of treatment;
symptomatic paroxysmal ventricular arrhythmia of a high degree of severity, threatening the life of the patient, in the absence of response to other types of therapy. It is also used in case of intolerance or impossibility of carrying out other forms of therapy$
paroxysmal atrial arrhythmia (atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, atrial tachycardia) in patients with adverse symptoms after conversion, provided there is a definite need for therapy, as confirmed by the severity of clinical symptoms, if other types of treatment are ineffective.
Before starting the application, the presence of heart diseases of organic origin and/or violation of the ejection fraction of the left ventricle should be excluded, since in this case the risk of unwanted strengthening of the arrhythmia increases.
