Ethacizin 50mg 50 tablets

Ethacizin Composition:
active ingredient: Ethacizin; 1 film-coated tablet contains 50 mg ethacizin;
excipients: potato starch, methylcellulose, sucrose, calcium stearate shell: sucrose, povidone, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, colloidal silicon dioxide, carnauba wax, dyes: quinoline yellow (E 104), sunset yellow FCF (E 110), titanium dioxide (E 171).

Indications

-ventricular and supraventricular arrhythmias,

paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter, 

– ventricular and supraventricular tachycardia,

– including the syndrome of premature ventricular excitation.

Dosage & Administration

Inside, regardless of food intake, starting with 50 mg 2-3 times a day. In case of insufficient clinical effect dose increase (under ECG control binding) 4 to 50 mg twice a day (200 mg) or 100 mg three times a day (300 mg).

In achieving sustainable anti-arrhythmic effect of a supportive therapy in individually selected minimum effective doses. Some patients in order to achieve a stable antiarrhythmic action must be combined treatment etatsizin and β-adrenoceptor blockers.

Contradictions

– hypersensitivity to the drug or excipients;

– expressed conduction abnormalities (including sinoatrial block, AV-blockade II-III degree in the absence of an artificial pacemaker), violation of intraventricular conduction;

– marked hypertrophy of the left ventricle;

– the presence of myocardial infarction;

– cardiogenic shock;

– severe hypotension;

– chronic heart failure class II and III;

– expressed human liver and / or kidney problems;

– during pregnancy and breastfeeding;

– child age;

– simultaneous reception of MAO inhibitors;

– the simultaneous use of the IC antiarrhythmic drugs (moratsizin, propafenone, VFS) and Class IA (quinidine, procainamide, disopyramide, aymalin);

– etatsizin appointment of patients with all forms of cardiac arrhythmias in conjunction with the blockade of the system bundle of His – Purkinje fibers.
