Corvalcaps Indications

– neuroses of increased irritability;
– insomnia;
– in the treatment of hypertension and vascular dystonia;
– expressed mild coronary artery spasms, tachycardia;
– intestinal spasms that caused neurovegetative disorders (as antispasmodic drug).
 
Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any other component of the drug, acute hepatic porphyria, severe liver and kidney disease, diabetes, depression, myasthenia gravis.

Medicines containing phenobarbital, are contraindicated in alcoholism, drug and Drug Addiction (including history); with respiratory disease with dyspnea, obstructive syndrome; severe hypotension, acute myocardial infarction; with depressive disorder patients with a tendency to suicidal behavior.

Dosage & Administration

The drug is taken orally, regardless of food intake 1 capsule 2-3 times daily with water. If necessary (pronounced tachycardia and spasm of the coronary vessels) single dose may be increased to 2 capsules.
The duration of the drug determined by the physician based on clinical effect and tolerability.
