Celanide 0.25mg 30 tablets

Celanide Composition:
active substance: lanatozide C;
1 tablet contains lanatoside C in terms of 100% – 0.25 mg;
Excipients: lactose monohydrate, potato starch, stearic acid, talc.

Indications
Acute and chronic circulatory insufficiency I, II and III stage, tahiaritmicheskoy atrial fibrillation (heart rhythm disturbance), paroxysmal tachycardia (heart rhythm disturbance).

Contradictions

The sharp organic changes of heart and blood vessels, acute myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle), endocarditis (a disease of internal cavities of the heart), expressed cardio (destructive changes in the heart muscle). Caution is required when thyrotoxicosis (thyroid disease) and atrial arrhythmia (type of heart rhythm disturbances).

Side effects

In case of overdose may appear tselanida arrythmia, bigemini (abnormal heart rhythm), dissociation rate (changes in heart rate source); in these cases, must be reduced at the next dose administrations and increase the gaps between the individual injections, potassium designate drugs. Dosage & Adminsitarion

Assign into, tablets (0.25 g) or drops (0.05% solution) and intravenous (0.02% solution for injections). To obtain a rapid effect is administered intravenously at 0.2-0.4 mg (1.2 ml of 0.02% solution) 1-2 times a knocking. Inside are starting from 0.25-0.5 mg (1-2 tablets), or 10-25 drops of 0.05% 3-4 times a day, the solution (daily doses sometimes exceed the highest daily dose prescribed Pharmacopoeia). Upon reaching therapeutic effect (typically by intravenous administration on day 2-3, and when administered at 3-5 day) daily maintenance dose is reduced to: 0,4-0,2 mg (1.2 ml 0, 02% solution) intravenously; 0.5-0.25 mg (2-1 tablets) 40-20-10 or drops 0.05% oral solution. For long-term maintenance therapy designate the interior of 1/2 tablets 2 times a day.
Higher doses for adults: single inward – 0.0005 g (0.5 mg) daily – 0,001 grams (1 mg); single vein – 0.0004 g (0.4 mg) daily – 0.0008 g (0.8 mg).
