Bol-Ran Indications

Acute pain (muscular, head, dental, localized in the spine) pain with no articular rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, spondylitis, osteoarthritis, spondylitis, acute attacks of gout, primary dysmenorrhea, adnexitis, farynhotonzyliti, otitis;

post-traumatic and post-operative pain.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to diclofenac, paracetamol or to any other component of the drug. Acute gastric ulcer or intestine; gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation. Inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis).

Gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation associated with the use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in history. Severe hepatic insufficiency (class C by Child-Pugh cirrhosis or ascites). Severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance <30 mL / min).

Severe heart failure (HF III-IV). Contraindicated for patients who have a response to the use of diclofenac, paracetamol, aspirin or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) having asthma attacks ( “aspirin asthma”), urticaria or acute rhinitis, nasal polyps and other allergic symptoms. Violation of hematopoiesis unexplained. Leukopenia.

Anemia moderate and severe. Congenital hyperbilirubinemia. Deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase.

Alcoholism. Is contraindicated for the treatment of postoperative pain after coronary bypass surgery (or using artificial circulation).

Dosage & Administration

The dose determined by the physician for each patient individually, depending on the patient’s age, character and course of the disease, individual tolerance and therapeutic efficacy.

Adults and children over 14 years – 1 tablet 2-3 times a day after meals.

Treatment duration should be as short and be no more than 5-7 days, depending on the disease.

The maximum daily dose for adults and children under 14 years is no more than 3 tablets.

Tablets are recommended to take without chewing, drinking half a glass of water.
