Bi-Prestarium 10mg/10mg 30 tabs

Bi-Prestarium:
active ingredients: perindopril arginine / amlodipine;
1 tablet contains perindopril arginine 10 mg (corresponding to 6.790 mg of perindopril) and amlodipine besilate 13.870 mg (corresponding to 10 mg of amlodipine)
excipients: lactose, magnesium stearate (E 470B), microcrystalline cellulose (E 460), colloidal silicon dioxide (E 551).

Indications

Arterial hypertension and / or coronary heart disease (if necessary treatment perindopril and amlodipine).

Contraindications

– Hypersensitivity to perindopril (or to any other ACE inhibitors) to amlodipine (or dihydropyridine derivatives), or to any excipient;

– A history angioedema associated with previous treatment with ACE inhibitors;

– Born or ideopatychnyy angioedema;

– Severe hypotension;

– Shock, including cardiogenic shock;

– Obstruction out of the left ventricle (eg aortic stenosis severe);

– Heart failure after acute myocardial infarction with unstable hemodynamics;

– Pregnant women or women planning to become pregnant.

Dosage & Administration

For oral administration.

Adults should be given one tablet once a day, preferably in the morning before eating. The tablet is not subject to division.

The dose should be individualized for each patient based indications for use, disease and blood pressure. The maximum daily dose – 1 tablet Bi-Prestarium 10 mg / 10 mg per day.
