Treatment: gastric lavage, the appointment of adsorbing agents. In the absence of signs of pulmonary edema, prescribe infusion of plasma-substituting solutions, if ineffective – epinephrine, dopamine, dobutamine; with heart failure – cardiac glycosides, b-adrenergic agonists, diuretics, glucagon; for convulsions – intravenous diazepam; with bronchospasm – β-adrenostimulants inhaled or parenterally. In the presence of a violation of atrioventricular conduction – 1-2 mg of atropine intravenously (for adults), with low efficiency – the installation of a temporary pacemaker. For ventricular premature beats, use lidocaine (class IA antiarrhythmic drugs are not used). With a decrease in blood pressure, the patient should be in the Trendelenburg position. Hemodialysis is ineffective.
