Tears (hypromellose + dextran 70)

Tears contains the active ingredient hypromellose + dextran 70, ocular lubricant (artificial tears).

Artificial tears Indications

Dry eye, including keratoconjunctivitis dry and Sjogren’s syndrome, and for treatment and prevention of complications associated with such conditions.

Temporary relief of burning and irritation caused by dry eye, and to protect against further irritation. Temporary relief of discomfort caused minor eye irritation or influence on it wind or sun.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to dextran 70 and hypromellose or any of the ingredients.

Dosage & Administration

1-2 drops of artificial tears drug in the conjunctival sac of the affected eye (eyes) if necessary.

No specific data on the drug to patients with impaired liver function and kidney. However, taking into account the wide experience of ophthalmic drugs comprising these ingredients to adjust the dose for this category of patients is not necessary.

If concomitant therapy with other local ophthalmic drugs to be followed 5 minutes interval between their application.
