Oftal (tetryzoline)

Oftal contains the active ingredient tetryzoline, topical ocular decongestant (alpha-adrenergic agonist).

Oftal Indications

Symptomatic temporary relief secondary flushing eyes due to moderate irritating effect.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug-closure glaucoma.

Dosage & Administration

Only for local use in ophthalmology.

Apply the solution for more than 72 hours is possible only under medical supervision.

Adults and children ≥ 6 years

Bury 2-3 drops of solution in the affected eye (eyes) to 4 times a day.

Children 2 to 6 years

Apply the solution to children aged 2 to 6 years old with caution, only by appointment and under medical supervision.
