Alersis (desloratadine)

Alersis contains the active ingredient desloratadine, second-generation H1 antihistamine.

Alersis Indications

To eliminate symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis (sneezing, nasal discharge, itching, edema and nasal congestion and itching and redness of eyes, watery itchy palate and coughing).
To eliminate the symptoms associated with urticaria (itching, rash).

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to desloratadine or any auxiliary ingredients.

Dosage & Administration

To eliminate symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis (including intermittent and persystuvalnym) and urticaria, Alersis is applyied regardless of the meal in such doses:
Children: – aged 6 to 11 months: 2 ml syrup (1 mg of desloratadine) once a day;
– Aged 1 to 5 years: 2.5 ml of syrup (1.25 mg of desloratadine) once a day;
– Aged 6 to 11 years: 5 ml syrup (desloratadine 2.5 mg) once a day;
Adults and adolescents (³ 12 years): 10 ml of syrup (desloratadine 5 mg) once a day.
