Lisoretic (lisinopril)

Lisoretic contains the active ingredient lisinopril, ACE inhibitor.

Lisoretic Indications

Arterial hypertension, of any severity (essential, including renovascular).

Contradictions

Hypersensitivity to lizinopril, hydrochlorothiazide, or sulfonamides, angioedema (hereditary or idiopathic angioedema), angioedema after taking an ACE inhibitor in the history of porphyria, anuria, bilateral renal artery stenosis or stenosis of the artery of one kidney, severe renal or hepatic impairment, severe diabetes and gout, kidney transplantation, pregnancy and lactation, age 15 years.

Dosage & Administration

Duration of treatment and the dose is determined individually. Drug inside at the same time of the day before or after a meal. It can be used as a tool in monotherapy and combination therapy.

When hypertension the usual dose Lizoretik-10 – 1 tablet per day (one-time). If desired therapeutic effect is achieved for 2-4 weeks, 20 Lizoretik administered 1 time daily for 1 or 2 tablets to achieve the desired clinical effect. The maximum daily dose – 2 tablets Lizoretik 20 per day.

Patients who have a creatinine clearance of 30-60 ml / min, should not be given more than 1 tablet Lizoretik-20 per day.
