Maalox 20-40 chewable tablets

Maalox Composition:
active ingredients: aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide;

1 tablet contains aluminum hydroxide 400 mg, magnesium hydroxide 400 mg;

excipients: mannitol (E 421), sorbitol (E 420), sodium saccharin (E 954), mint flavor powder, magnesium stearate, confectionery sugar with starch, sucrose.

Pharmacotherapeutic group:
Antacids. Combinations and complex compounds of aluminum, calcium and magnesium. ATX code A02A D01.

Indications:
Treatment of heartburn and acid reflux in adults and children over 15 years of age.

Dosage and administration:
Use for the treatment of adults and children over 15 years of age.

Adults and children over 15 years old – 1-2 tablets in case of heartburn or acid reflux. Method of application – oral. The tablet should be sucked or completely chewed. The maximum number of doses per day is 6 doses. Do not take more than 12 tablets per day.

The duration of the course of treatment without consulting a doctor should not exceed 10 days.
